Refund policy

We are determined to provide 100% happy shopping experience to all of our customers. We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with Giftyet products. You are eligible to return the order within 14 days of the delivery date. 

If you wish to do that, please send an refund request to our email, info@giftyet.co.uk together with the order detail, reasons of return or any relevant photos. 

Products must be returned in the perfect condition with the original packaging. Otherwise, we are unable to accept the returns. 

For products which arrive damaged or faulty will be entitled for a full refund.

Please note that ALL custom products such as custom bag inserts will not be entitled for refund other than the items are faulty. 

Other reasons, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund as it is to cover our initial delivery fee and other administrative cost of the return. Customers also will be responsible on paying the postage of returning the item to our address. 

Cancellation 

We will start working on your order once we have received your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation after 1 hour of placing the order. Because all of the bag inserts are made to order based on your requirement and preference. If you decide not to cancel the item with the order for reasons other than Giftyet's error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required).
